We handle investigations and notifications if one of your employees has been infected with COVID-19. After learning that one or more employees have been diagnosed with COVID-19, we act quickly to identify and notify any co-workers who might have been exposed during the infectious period. We ensure to maintain confidentiality and avoid alarming the rest of your workforce.
Federal and State Reporting
In learning that an employee has tested positive for COVID-19, we act immediately to ensure the safety of the employee’s co-workers and comply with all applicable state, federal and OSHA guidelines.
Supplemental Pay and Leave
We work with your existing team to advise on local/state and federal regulations to provide supplemental paid sick leave packages to employees who 1) must quarantine or isolate because of COVID-19 pursuant to a federal, state, or local quarantine or isolation order, 2) are advised by a healthcare provider to self-quarantine or self-isolate because of COVID-19, or 3) are prohibited from working by the employer because of health concerns related to potentially transmitting COVID-19.
